ITI Business Development was developed to help union sheet metal workers who are considering going into business for themselves, to prepare for the challenges involved in becoming SMART union contractors. Because planning is an essential part of running a business or a project, ITI Business Development introduces participants to the tools they need to plan for successful business ownership from carefully choosing a business name, to hiring and keeping the right people, to bidding accurately, to keeping track of cash flow and more.

*If you are not getting notifications but you DO HAVE THE APP, then click on the "checkmark" button on the lower left corner, type smart28 in the ALL ABOARD CODE, hit enter. *Members can turn on notifications and manage how they'd like to receive them under Settings on their phones. On an Apple phone, They should go to Settings, select Union Strong, go to Notifications, and Allow Notifications. On an Android, the process is a little different. Tap Settings, then Apps & Notifications, then tap Union Strong, and manage from there. |
