HOLIDAY STRESS

The holiday season can be a magical time of the year. Festive lights, special and delicious treats and children’s excitement can fill us with a celebratory spirit. But for some people, it may not always be the most wonderful time of the year. Family expectations, gift giving financial stress and all the things we think we should be doing can cause pressure and feelings of inadequacy.
