Function of the OCC:
Consistent with the Court-ordered Action Plan and Consent Order Regarding Structural Changes, the Officer of Court Compliance ("OCC") shall be responsible for providing services necessary to assist Sheet Metal Workers' International Association Local Union No. 28 with complying with all Court orders in the lawsuit styled E.E.O.C. v. Local 28, et al., No. 71 Civ. 2877 (LAK).

Function of the OCC:

- Reviewing complaints and grievances, conducting investigations, and writing reports
- Developing and administering training programs
- Monitoring and evaluating compliance with equal opportunity laws, guidelines, and policies to ensure that employment practices and contracting arrangements give equal opportunity without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability
- Monitoring compliance with all court orders
