The Benefits of GOOD SLEEPWe all know that when we don’t get enough sleep, we are not at the top of our game. Yet, many of us think we can survive with 6 hours or less of sleep every night. Good sleep is a free benefit that’s available to us all. Experts say that 7 or more hours of sleep is important to our medical health as well as our psychological health. If you have trouble sleeping, please talk to your doctor or contact one of your union MAP Counselors for more information.
Please be aware that while these links below may direct you to sites in which you can connect with providers, it is always best to seek out providers through the Beacon network to ensure coverage by calling Beacon at 855-748-3121.
