The Benefits of Good Sleep
We all know that when we don’t get enough sleep, we are not at the top of our game. Yet, many of us think we can survive with 6 hours or less of sleep every night. Good sleep is a free benefit that’s available to us all. Experts say that 7 or more hours of sleep is important to our medical health as well as our psychological health. If you have trouble sleeping, please talk to your doctor or contact one of your union MAP Counselors for more information.
